CSU Sports Facility

The project consisted of the design and construction of 3 residential accommodation buildings, recreational facilities, and all associated external works.

The residential accommodation facilities comprised 2 single storey and 1 double storey building providing 19 apartments and associated external spaces, including landscaping, paths and car parking. The works include full internal fit out of furniture, fittings and equipment. The buildings were designed for a 5 Star rating under the Green Building Council Australia rating system.

The recreational facilities comprised a multi-purpose court, a half-court, a steel framed open shelter to accommodate 80 people, a roofed bleacher facility to accommodate 60 people, a grass playing field, fencing, landscaping and paths. The courts and surrounding pavement were built with a Rebound Ace surface,  LED court lighting and associated path lighting was installed to enable use of the facilities at night.
