Joss Facility Management provides personable and professional housing maintenance solutions for more than 1,200 properties throughout regional NSW.

Servicing and maintaining Social, Community and Aboriginal housing properties for Tenants and families is something we are proud of, as we work collaboratively and effectively with a range of stakeholders to consistently achieve sustainable outcomes including those of government policies.

We currently maintain over 1,000 aboriginal housing properties in the New England, Hunter, and Mid North Coast regions. We work closely with Aboriginal Housing Office to provide a comprehensive facility management service with a focus on aboriginal employment and building positive relationships with the community.

Joss also has a variety of not-for-profit and private sector community housing organisations for which we provide maintenance services. These clients include St Vincent De Paul, Hume Community Housing and Amelie Housing, to name a few. We believe that these organisations play an integral part in our communities, which is why we continue to collaborate closely with these stakeholders to meet their objectives.

Our staff are constantly visiting properties and engaging with Tenants to ensure the appropriate services are performed to a high standard, in a timely and professional manner. Incorporating our 15 regional office locations enables Joss Facility Management to establish a positive working relationship with our Clients, Tenants, and Subcontractors, while upholding our Company Values and exceeding expectations.
