Mt Austin HS Admin Upgrade

Joss Facility Management were successful in the Mt Austin HS Admin Upgrade Tender with the Department of Education in Wagga Wagga.

The scope of works involved demolition of approx. 75% of the existing Administration building and refurbishment into new Administration facilities for staff. The project also involved the extension on both ends of the existing building to incorporate a new student entry foyer and sick bays to one end of the building along with staff training facilities and meeting rooms to the other end of the building.

This project was a staged project that involved completing the internal refurbishment works first to allow the school staff to re-occupy the building while the main extension was being completed.

There was also a new entry statement structure installed at the front of the admin building with new Roofing, cladding and signage.

Local trades were used from the Wagga area to complete these works.
