CSU School of Engineering
The 2,100 m2 development comprised of the rebirth and adaptive reuse of an existing shed. The project was delivered under a Managing Contract arrangement and included Joss being a key part of the design process, which allowed works to commence on site while the design continued. Without this procurement method, the design and construction of the project would not have been completed in the 10-month period. The building is based on the honeycomb of learning principle, which is reflected throughout the building in hexagon shapes. The 2 storey building includes first class finishes and high-end audio-visual technology within the teaching, foyer and office spaces.
