St Vincents Private Community Hospital

This project involved the construction of the new $18.8m St Vincent Private Hospital and Clinical Teaching Facility. This facility was situated adjacent the existing Griffith base hospital and delivered Griffith and the broader region a state of the art community healthcare facility.

The works required the implementation of advanced coordination techniques to deliver the complicated services intensive facility where challenges arising from latent conditions required flexibility in the sequencing of works to ensure that the projects key objectives of cost, quality and time were achieved.
