Wodonga Homemaker Centre
The Wodonga Homemakers Centre is a 12,565 m2 bulky goods retail facility comprising of 14 tenancies. Joss Construction was the Design and Construct contractor and design was based upon concrete tilt wall panels poured on site with structural steel roof and canopy framing. Tenancies were fitted out with HVAC, exit, emergency and high bay lighting systems and amenities areas consisting of staffroom and washroom facilities. The remaining internal fitout works were carried out by the Tenants, under Joss Construction supervision. External works, which included over 32,032 m2 civil roadworks and car parking for 414 cars, were carried out on difficult and undulating ground conditions.
