In 2016, Joss Facility Management were engaged by GO TAFE Victoria to complete a data capture and to develop a scope of works for future maintenance projects across their sites. One of the more recent outcomes from the data capture program was at the GO TAFE Wangaratta campus. After confirming a budget in 2019-20, Joss Facility Management were engaged to undertake the following works:

Roof replacements
Toilet upgrades
Extensive painting throughout the campus
External Fencing and concrete replacement

Joss adapted to changes in work practices throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to adhere to the state and client safety guidelines. Despite this challenge, careful coordination and constant communication with the client ensured that the scheduled timeframes were still achieved. Through the various projects, Joss have developed a strong relationship with the client and we look forward to working with GO TAFE in the future.
