Subcontractor Registration

Subcontractors are invited to be engaged throughout the Hunter, New England and Mid North Coast regions to undertake Responsive callout work, Vacant Restorations, Building Modification and Grounds Maintenance. Housing Schedule of Rates are applicable to this work.

Subcontractors are invited to be engaged throughout our regional network of offices in NSW, ACT and regional Victoria to carry out a variety of Makesafe, Repair and Restoration works on domestic, rural, and commercial claims on behalf of Insurers. Makesafe Works are typically focused on isolation / removal of direct hazards and securing properties and assets prior to subsequent Repair and Restoration work. Repair and Restoration Works are based on a Scope of Works developed and approved by Joss on which Subcontractors are invited to submit a quotation. All works are coordinated and supervised by our Regional Operations Teams.
