About the role

You will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams across commercial and trusted partners, ensuring high-end delivery of daily operational requirements. So, if you are an experienced People leader, we want to hear from you!

What you will be responsible for

Main duties of the role are to:

  • Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships, managing client requests and complaints.
  • Responding to general, periodical, preventative and emergency cleaning incidents.

What you bring to the role

Applicants will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in leadership roles, or a passion to learn and grow in this space;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a proactive manner.

The successful applicant must obtain a Working with Children Check prior to commencement and will be required to obtain and maintain a National Police check clearance. A vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant to ensure that they can complete their duties.

Given the geographical location of our work, overnight travel may be required from time to time.
