CSU Student Residence & Sports Facility

This design & construct project for CSU Thurgoona campus consists of 3 residential accommodation buildings, recreational facilities, external works and has been designed for a 5 Star rating. Incorporating 19 apartments, each residential accommodation building sits on a reinforced concrete slab with blockwork walls, external metal cladding, and a mix of exposed blockwork and plasterboard walls internally. The double storey building has a suspended slab and all roofs have profiled metal cladding. The recreational facilities comprise of a multi-purpose court, a half-court, a steel framed open shelter, a roofed bleacher facility, a grass playing field, fencing, landscaping & paths.
