CSU Student Residences & Sports Facility

This design & construct project for CSU’s Thurgoona campus consists of 3 residential accommodation buildings, recreational facilities and external works and has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating.

Incorporating 19 apartments, each residential accommodation building is set over 2 floors and is constructed primarily of concrete slabs and blockwork. The accompanying facilities comprise a multi-purpose court & half-court, a steel framed open shelter, covered bleacher, grassed playing field, fencing, landscaping and paths.
