Whitebox Rise Shopping Centre
Joss Construction was the Design and Construct contractor for the shopping centre which comprises 248 car parks with extensive low maintenance landscaping, loading dock facilities, a 3,300 m2 Woolworths supermarket, an enclosed mall area and centre amenities providing access to 18 speciality retail tenancies, all located on a 4 acre site.
The design was a slab on ground structure, portal steel frame, combination of precast panel and vibrantly coloured architectural panel and fibre cement cladding externally to complement the Client’s style guide.
