A big congratulations to all who contributed to the estimating and the submission of the Wangaratta District Specialist School, Benalla Campus that Joss Construction was awarded in May 2023.
Project Overview:
The project will be a single storey building approx. 1,000sqm in size. Positioned in a separate “paddock” of the school which will make for good access and provide much needed room during construction.
The building itself will consist of brick veneer construction with featured curved masonry walls, and a structural steel frame and roof structure that will capture much attention once complete. Internally the building will feature 5 Open Classrooms, Art/Science Space, P.E Room, along with Office/Admin Spaces and Amenities.
