Joss believes that developing its professional team of staff is critical to the success of the organisation and its future, therefore in 2008 a cadet training scheme was introduced.

The Cadet Scheme supports young motivated people with a passion for the construction industry, strong ethics and honesty who are willing to take on responsibility through a Bachelor of Construction Management or similar tertiary education, into an exciting career as a Professional Builder within a progressive construction industry.

The Bachelor of Construction Management provides broad opportunities for graduates within the construction industry, including working on tender submissions, quantity surveying and estimating, project planning and programming, safety, quality assurance and environmental sustainability, contract administration and project management.
