About the role

As a Technical Field Officer, you’ll play a key role in coordinating maintenance programs, supervising contractors, responding to urgent issues and ensuring works are delivered to the highest contractual and quality standards. The role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, with no two days the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering reactive, planned and preventative maintenance programs
  • Coordinating and supervising contractors across multiple sites
  • Undertaking site inspections, audits and client liaison
  • Managing maintenance, rectification and upgrade projects
  • Supporting demountable installations and relocations
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and contractual requirements
  • Participating in emergency response activities when required

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you will have:

  • A trade qualification in a relevant building or maintenance discipline
  • Experience coordinating and managing contractors, trades and maintenance works
  • Sound computer skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • A commitment to safety, professionalism and quality outcomes
