We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager (Cleaning) to join our team on a full-time basis, overseeing operations across the Bega and Merimbula regions.

About the Role

 

As an Area Manager (Cleaning), you will play a key role in leading our cleaning teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high service standards across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and supporting a team of cleaning staff
  • Conducting regular client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and service excellence
  • Verifying payroll information on a fortnightly basis
  • Developing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Conducting site inspections and quality audits to maintain compliance with company standards
  • Monitoring and managing cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory
  • Responding to routine, preventative and emergency cleaning requirements
  • Promoting a positive, safety-focused workplace culture

Requirements

 

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Obtain a Working With Children Check prior to commencement
  • Obtain and maintain a Joss-funded National Police Check clearance
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
