We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager (Cleaning) to join our team on a full-time basis, overseeing operations across the Bega and Merimbula regions.

About the Role

As an Area Manager (Cleaning), you will play a key role in leading our cleaning teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high service standards across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and supporting a team of cleaning staff
Conducting regular client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and service excellence
Verifying payroll information on a fortnightly basis
Developing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
Conducting site inspections and quality audits to maintain compliance with company standards
Monitoring and managing cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory
Responding to routine, preventative and emergency cleaning requirements
Promoting a positive, safety-focused workplace culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience leading or supervising a successful team
Strong leadership and communication skills
A commitment to quality and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
The ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Strong organisational and time management skills

Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to:

Obtain a Working With Children Check prior to commencement
Obtain and maintain a Joss-funded National Police Check clearance
Hold a current driver’s licence
