We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager – Cleaning to lead our South Coast operations, based in the Batemans Bay region.

About the Role
The Regional Manager – Cleaning is responsible for the successful delivery of cleaning operations across the region. You will provide leadership and support to Area Managers, ensuring our teams deliver consistent, high-quality service while achieving operational, financial, safety, and client expectations.
You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing our people, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support Area Managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver services in line with contractual requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning, labour allocation, recruitment, and resourcing strategies to ensure service continuity.
- Monitor regional performance, including KPIs, service standards, attendance, and quality outcomes, implementing improvement strategies where required.
- Manage labour budgets, overtime, and operational costs to support efficient and sustainable service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders through regular engagement and communication.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and capability building initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning, contract implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people across a geographically dispersed region.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in an operational leadership role (experience within cleaning, facilities management, or a related service industry highly regarded).
- Strong commercial understanding, including experience managing budgets, labour costs, and operational performance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with employees, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A willingness and ability to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays.
