Annual Review

Joss Group is a private company established in 1975. The Company operates two divisions:

Joss Construction – considered one of regional Australia’s premier building contractors
specialising in commercial construction projects throughout NSW and Victoria.
Joss Facility Management – a leading provider of maintenance, cleaning and project
management services through regional NSW and Victoria.

The Company has experienced another positive result for the year. This has been achieved by our company pursuing
opportunities through both divisions of the Group. Overall performance of the Company for the past financial
year has been very satisfying especially in the current market where both Construction and Facility Management
performed extremely well.
